In the cashier, choose Withdrawal, select an eligible destination and inspect the amount, currency and conditions. The destination must belong to you. A method used to deposit may have different payout capabilities; consult the cashier if it is missing from the withdrawal options.

Processing windows and daily ceiling

Pending requests and reversals

A pending status means a request has not reached final settlement. Check transaction history before trying again. If cancellation is offered, read the confirmation screen carefully: returning money to the balance can change an outstanding request, and it does not create new funds.

Currency and destination checks
