Payments & cashier options
Choose the route that fits your account
Westio supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, bank transfer, Bitcoin and USDT. The cashier shows which options can be used for the selected transaction. A listed deposit method is not automatically a withdrawal destination.
| Method group | Deposit minimum | Deposit timing | Withdrawal estimate after KYC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro | $10 | Usually instant | 1–5 business days |
| E-wallets: PayPal, Skrill, Neteller | $10 | Usually instant | 0–24 hours |
| Bitcoin and USDT | $15 | Network confirmation required | Within 24 hours |
| Bank transfer | See cashier | 1–2 days | 1–5 business days |
Apple Pay, Paysafecard and Trustly have route-specific conditions shown in the cashier. Check deposit eligibility and payout options separately. Minimums for cards and e-wallets start at $10; crypto starts at $15. Bank-transfer conditions appear before confirmation.
Limits, fees and the USD balance
USD is the default account currency. The standard daily withdrawal cap is $5,000, with higher ceilings available through VIP tiers. The method screen shows transaction minimums, per-request limits and any processing charges.
A bank, wallet or crypto network may apply its own charges. Read the final amount and any currency-conversion information before accepting. Do not assume that the amount requested and the amount received will match when an external provider charges a fee.
Deposit and withdrawal steps
- Open the cashier in your account and choose Deposit or Withdrawal.
- Select a method in your own name and enter an amount within the displayed limits.
- Inspect the currency, destination, fees and final confirmation.
- Complete the provider’s authorisation and check transaction history.
Complete KYC before requesting a payout. Crypto and e-wallet processing is expected within 24 hours after verification; cards and bank transfers generally take 1–5 business days. Additional checks can lengthen those windows.
Crypto and failed-payment checks
For Bitcoin or USDT, match the supported network and destination exactly. Use the instructions shown for that transaction rather than an old copied address. Network confirmations affect when a deposit appears.
If a deposit is missing or declined, check the provider’s status and the cashier reference before retrying. Save the transaction ID without exposing private keys or authentication codes. Support can help locate a payment using its reference and time.
